David Johnstone is a colleague of Juan Jesús Silguero, and johnstone-music is more than happy to give publicity to the following event:
Los Caballeros del Traverso (Knights of the Flute)
make a special homage to Rampal in the 10th anniversary of his death.
Claudi Arimany, Antonio Arias, Pepe Sotorres, Salvador Espasa, Vicens Prats, Jaime Salas, Horacio Parravicini and Juan Jesús Silguero will present a concert in the concert hall of the Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga Music Conservatoire (Bilbao, Basque Country) on 17th May as a homage to Jean-Pierre Rampal. The piano accompanist will be Cristina Esclapez Gil.
